Confirmation of Booking:
After the deposit you will receive an e-mail comfirming your booking and you will win a free pick up from the airport/bus station to your apartment.

Chek in:
When you get to the apartment you should sign a location contract by season, the rest of the amount of the rent should be payed in cash per advance, within a garantee that will be returned at your check out, (in case of not being any incident in part of the client). We will not accept checks or neither credit cards.
All the tenants must present document or passport and a fotocopy when sign the contract.

At the check out, it will be charched R$50 for the cleanning service of the apartment and laundry.

Cancelation Policy
The Deposit of 50 % is required to confirm and guarantee your reservation, the remainder is due on arrival at the apartment.
Deposits are refundable for cancellations made withat least 15 days in advance of your scheduled arrival time.
Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to Rio Flat Rental at least 15 days in advance of your scheduled arrival time, otherwise the total of the deposit of 50 % will not refund. If you cancel any individual night of your reservation, then the deposit for that night will be not be refunded or transferred.

Transfer Free
Rio Flat Rental offers you a free pick up from the airport or bus station to our hostel for free. This service is offered for free to our passengers with a minimum stay of 5 nights and that have already confirmed the booking with one of our payment methods.
Please note that in case of delays in the air-flights, the passenger is responsible to inform to Rio Flat Rental about the new arrival time.
In case the passenger has not informed to our staff about the delay, Rio Flat Rental won´t be responsible for the transfer charge. The passenger will have to be responsible for the total amount of the transfer in.
This free transfer service is offered between 06.00 am to 11.00 pm.
The free transfer is offered for the New Year & Carnaval packages between 08.00 am to 08.00 pm.
In case you require a transfer outside this schedule, we offer you the possibility of booking it with us to a rate of R$ 45.- |
